½ cup – Sweet Prairie Haskap Juice

½ cup – Frozen or fresh Strawberries

½ cup – Frozen or fresh Raspberries

2 cups – Coconut milk

½ cup – Greek yogurt

1 tsp – Chia seeds (soaked overnight)

8 – Ice cubes

Honey or Maple Syrup to taste

Blend until smooth and enjoy!
