Haskap Gummy Bears

With only a few ingredients, it’s easy to make a ton of Sweet Prairie Haskap Gummy Bears.  Loaded with antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties, anthocyanins, vitamins and minerals.

Seriously, we made way too many.  We had to cut the ingredients down in our recipe because we now have a serious army of nutrient loaded gummy bears!  Take an old vitamin bottle and load it with these gummies for on the go nutrition and energy!

Make Sweet Prairie Haskap gummies using just a few ingredients:

PREP TIME: 5 minutes

FRIDGE TIME: 3 hours

TOTAL TIME: 3 hours 5 minutes to awesome


Gummy Bear molds – available on Amazon

1/4 cup water

3/4 cup Sweet Prairie Haskap Juice

4 tbs unflavored gelatin (Swap out with 4 tbs Agar Agar powder [NOT flakes! to go vegan]

3 grams stevia, 1 packet (you can also use 2-3tbs of honey or maple syrup)


  1. Add 1 tablespoon gelatin to 1/4 cup cold water and let sit for 1 minute.
  2. Bring Sweet Prairie Haskap Juice to a boil and stir in sweetener and remaining gelatin.
  3. Add juice mixture to the water and gelatin mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Fill gummy bear molds and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  5. Carefully remove bears from the molds and store in the refrigerator.


Taste the cooled liquid to test the sweetness. You may want to add more or less sweetener depending on your preference.

Best to keep them in the refrigerator.  You can also freeze them and they last for months.
