Anti-Inflammatory Remedy

Introducing the only 100% Canadian haskap juice.  Haskap is a hearty cold climate berry that offers significant potential as a new alternative therapy for chronic disorders.  Canadian studies have demonstrated Sweet Prairie Haskap (Lonicera caerulea L.) berries are rich in antioxidants.  Haskap is unusually rich with antioxidants like anthocyanin, quercetin and phenolic acid.  In fact, Haskap has more anthocyanins than any other berry.  Antioxidants are highly effective inflammation inhibitors.  A 2015 study showed Canadian haskap to have comparable anti-inflammatory effects to the COX inhibitory drug, diclofenac.  Terminate free radical reactions with Sweet Prairie Haskap antioxidants…in a delicious juice form. Ingredients

1 tsp. dried hibiscus flowers

5 oz. boiling water

3 oz. Sweet Prairie Haskap juice

1 tsp. pomegranate molasses

Sparkling water (optional)

Instructions

Add dried hibiscus flowers to boiling water; steep for 5 minutes. Strain. Hibiscus tea can be refrigerated up to 2 days.  Measure 1 ounce of prepared hibiscus tea, and add to Sweet Prairie Haskap juice, pomegranate molasses in a glass. Stir and add ice.  Stir and strain into a glass of your choice. For a bubbly zip add a splash of unflavored sparkling water.
