Haskap Antioxidant Jello
1 tablespoon gelatin powder (10gr)
3 tablespoons cold water
1 cup Sweet Prairie Haskap (Concentrated, 250ml)
Sugar (If you have a sweet tooth – add to taste)
Mix gelatin with 3 Tbsp. of cold water and let it stand for 5 min.
Heat 1/2 cup of Sweet Prairie Haskap juice and sugar in a saucepan.
Remove from heat when vapor appears above the surface.
Add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
Add the remaining 1/2 cup of juice.
Pour into the desired containers or combine with a gelatin art dessert and leave in the fridge to set.
